About this service

iGaming Voices, powered by the iGaming Talks, connects iGaming professionals with people seeking speakers, writers, panellists, podcast guests and consultants. The iGaming Talks is a brand owned by David Del Bianco, and the service is operated by David Del Bianco, a self-employed individual in Malta, with a business address at Triq il-Htajriet 19, Mosta, Malta. Accounts and portfolios

Provide accurate information, keep your account secure and do not impersonate anyone. Individual accounts may publish professional portfolios. Company accounts can hire professionals but cannot publish an individual professional portfolio. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions for the photos and content you upload.

Hiring happens here

Clicking Hire opens a private conversation, not a confirmed booking. The professional can accept or decline the request. The client and professional are responsible for agreeing the scope, dates, deliverables and any other terms in the conversation. Acceptance is recorded as a hired request; it does not prove that work has been completed.

iGaming Voices is not an employer, agent or party to the agreement between a client and professional. We do not guarantee availability, qualifications, delivery or results.

Free to use

The platform is free. We do not process payments, store payment methods or charge commissions. Any fee independently agreed between a client and professional is their responsibility and is not collected through iGaming Voices.

Reviews and acceptable use

Only the client of a request accepted by the professional may leave a review, with one review per hired conversation. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. Do not post misleading claims, abusive content, unlawful material, spam, confidential information or content that infringes another person’s rights.

You retain ownership of your content and grant us the permission needed to store and display it as part of this service. Public portfolio information and reviews are visible to visitors. We may restrict access or remove unlawful or abusive content when necessary. Contact us to report a concern.

Privacy and ending your account

Our privacy policy explains how information is used and how to request access or deletion. You can stop using the service at any time and contact us to request account closure. Some information may need to be retained for other participants, legal obligations or disputes, as explained in that notice.

Responsibility and disputes

The service may occasionally be unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer rights. These terms are governed by Maltese law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue; your right to seek a remedy in a competent court is unaffected.

We may update these terms and will communicate material changes appropriately. The date above shows the latest revision.
